SCREENING PARAMETERS/RISK ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA (RAC)

Salary must be domiciled with RMFB.
Must have a verifiable and predictable source of income.
Obligor must not have history of returned cheques (No returned cheque against unfunded account).
Obligor’s name must not be found in the bank’s black book.
Obligor must have positive credit bureau reports (Clean Credit report).
Obligor’s net cash flow must be positive.
Obligor must provide a Guarantor with an open cheque ifo Rehoboth MFBank (from N50, 000.00 and above.
Must have a functional phone number and official E-mail address (to verify employment status).
Obligor’s employer must confirm/attest that obligor is their staff for that month.
Comfort letter from Employer.
