Helen Egah is a Legal Practitioner with over 10 years post call experience in Legal practice. She is a member of the Nigeria Institute of Management. Helen has experience in company secretarial practice. Other area of focus includes Real Estate law, Wills, Administration of Estate, Probate, and private client matters. She is currently the Company Secretary/Head, Compliance of Rehoboth Microfinance Bank. Prior to joining Rehoboth MFB, she worked with a number of commercial law firms where she provided advice to private companies on corporate and regulatory compliance and corporate governance. She is married and have lovely children.
